     - 'decode' option was added to mhl.
     - The default behaviour of post is changed. post will have '-hencode'
       if the draft has 'MIME-Version:' header and otherwise '-nohencode'.
     - On editing using mhn, if MM_CHARSET=iso-2022-jp, '7bit' will be
       displayed for 8bit mail.
     - The default of pgped is changed to '-mime'.
     - Can deal with PGP5.
     - message/partial of send and mhn is now for RFC-2046.
     - 'mhn-show-multipart/mixed' in mhn_defaults was ignored.
     - gzip-ed man will be installed in FreeBSD and so on.
     - POP client can be installed with POP server is not installed.
     - The default of configure is now --enable-pop --enable-apop
       --disable-popserver.
     - vmh.c could not be make-ed in glibc2.
     - libzot.a could not make-ed in Solaris 2.6.
     - shlicc2 will be used in BSD/OS.
     - ruserpass() in Linux was different from that for MH.
     - ZONEINFO option will have priority over SYS5 on getting timezone.
     - Japanized online manuals.
   * Distribution is changed from non-free/mail to main/mail.
