はい。了解しました。確かにあの記述は雑でした。
週明けにでもリビジョンアップしたものをアップロードすることにします。

はい。どうもご指摘ありがとうございます。
私は「日本で一般的なフリーソフトウェア」がどういうものかよく分かってい
なかったので、なるほど、「一般的なフリーソフトウェア」ってそういう定義
なのか、と鵜呑みにしてしまいました。考えをあらためます。

これなんですが、
一応、new DFSG のドラフトを公開しているアドレスが以下にありまして、

これによると、

3.4. Restrictions on charges (deprecated) 
------------------------------------------

    The license can restrict the amount charged for the software 
    if reasonable distribution fees are allowed. It may not place
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
    restrictions on either fees charged for other software in a
    distribtution or the cost of a distribution as a whole.

てな項目がありまして、これだと、Artistic は non-free になりかねないな
あ、reasonable distribution fees ってところがまたなんとも議論を呼びそ
うな箇所ではあります。しかも、Artistic は依然として Free License の一
例に上げられたままです。
