Nakahara-san registered for official Debian maintainer. He will
contribute the Japanese TeX to Debian.

* sgml-tools Debian package (debian-doc)
sgml -> html works fine with Japanese, but sgml -> txt has problems if
the document contains Japanese. How can we fix this? docbook,
jade etc..
