[debian-devel:09734] Please tell me the license of i18n patch for xcalendar-4.0

Hi.

I wish to make the Debian Package of your xcalendar-4.0+i18n.tar.gz (*),
but the patch itself does not contain the information about the license.

# for example, it seems that the tar archive can be download from
# <ftp://himawari.ipc.chiba-u.ac.jp/pub/pub.yamaga/misc/src/xcalendar-4.0+i18n.tar.gz>

Can I think that patch is distributed under the MIT/X11 license ?
Please tell me. Thanks.
