結論からいうと、mainにしてよいでしょう。

contribなのは、えっと…(検索中)…、あったあった、これですね。

で、どうしてtermcapを使うとcontribなのか、という判断基準は、
“Debian Policy Manual”のここあたりかな。僕が参照したのは
“version 3.0.1.0, 1999-07-15”ですが、'97年当時も似たようなもの
だと思います。

さて、今回のnetmajは、

ということですから、この点に関しては全然問題ないです。
