[debian-devel:10478] Bug#46226: Please add ujis (EUC_JP) coded info file

Current info command can display EUC_JP (ujis) coded info files,
but can not display ISO-2022-JP (jis) coded one.

Surely the modification of info command to support jis coded info
page is better, but time is limited and it may be difficult, so
it will be realistic to add ujis coded info files as well as jis
coded ones. And yes, this is not only related to mew, but also
many other package which have jis coded info files.

# I personally tried to modify the info command, but it seems
# difficult for me because of terminal windowing functions.
