えーと、iMultiMouse というのは武さんの手が加わっているのですよね?
でしたら、その変更部分は武さんに著作権がありますから、

とか書き加えておく必要があるでしょう。もとが GPL なので武さんの
コードも GPL の下で配布されることになりますから、コピーライト中の
MultiMouse というところを iMultiMouse に置換すればよいと思います。
