ようやく先程、手元で boot-floppies を make することができました。
参考用に作った LINGUA=C のほうはとりあえず rescue/root の disk で
 boot してメッセージを読んだりメニューを見たりできたので、たぶん
動いているんだろうと思います。ためしに LINGUA=ja とだけしてみたら
ただのコンソールに日本語らしきメッセージが表示されました。

試しに八田さんのパッチを入れて make してみたら、kernel 2.2.13-2 を
使っていたせいか、fb0 が no such device で jfbterm が動きませんでした。

で書いていた bogl ってのは、frame buffer 用のグラフィック (ウィンドウ、マウス)
ライブラリらしいですが、 .bdf ファイルを .c に変換して使うとか、タイトルや
内容など場所によってフォントを使い分けるために名前を指定してるとか、これを
日本語表示に使おうとすると相当時間が必要な感じですが、誰か試してみた人います ?

  # ダメならダメできちんと理由を示さないと、理解してもらえないかもしれないので。
