4.2.1 `Package'
The name of the binary package. Package names consist of the
alphanumerics and `+' `-' `.' (plus, minus and full stop).
5 Version numbering
The version number format is:
[epoch`:']<upstream-version>[`-'<debian-revision>]
vje-delta-3.0-0.1.debの場合なら
package名: vje-delta
upstream-version: 3.0 (epochがつくかも)
debian-revision: 0.1
ですね。
