These packages were installed into the Debian JP hierarchy in the
yesterday:

foiltex    - The FoilTeX is a collection of LaTeX files for making foils.
foiltex 2.1.3-1.1 -> 2.1.3-1.2 into dists/potato-jp/non-free/binary-all/tex
foiltex 2.1.3-1.1 -> 2.1.3-1.2 into dists/woody-jp/non-free/binary-all/tex
 foiltex (2.1.3-1.2) frozen-jp unstable-jp; urgency=low

 * Move /usr/share/doc/texmf/foiltex to /usr/share/doc/texmf/latex/foiltex

jbibtex-bin - JBibTeX binary files
ptex-bin   - ASCII pTeX binary files
jbibtex-bin 2.1.8+1-2 -> 2.1.8+1-3 into dists/potato-jp/non-free/binary-i386/tex
jbibtex-bin 2.1.8+1-2 -> 2.1.8+1-3 into dists/woody-jp/non-free/binary-i386/tex
ptex-bin 2.1.8+1-2 -> 2.1.8+1-3 into dists/potato-jp/non-free/binary-i386/tex
ptex-bin 2.1.8+1-2 -> 2.1.8+1-3 into dists/woody-jp/non-free/binary-i386/tex
 ptex-bin (2.1.8+1-3) frozen-jp unstable-jp; urgency=low

 * Rebuild with web2c-src and config.sub from libtool_1.3.3-9.1
 for newer Alpha processer like ev6 (21264).  Thanks Mr.Oka.

web2c-src  - Web2c sources package
web2c-src 7.2-1 -> 7.2-2 into dists/potato-jp/main/binary-all/tex
web2c-src 7.2-1 -> 7.2-2 into dists/woody-jp/main/binary-all/tex
 web2c-src (7.2-2) frozen-jp unstable-jp; urgency=low
 .
 * Added /usr/src/configsub4web2c.tar.gz.  It include config.sub from
 libtool_1.3.3-9.1.  Because of web2c-7.2 is too old to build on
 newer Alpha processer like ev6 (21264).  Thanks Mr.Oka for this
