Please read the Japanese text for the original license, what follows is a
translation to give an abstract idea of what the license in Japanese says,
for the convenience of those who do not understand Japanese text.

Another HTML-lint is basically a free software. For non-commercial
purposes, you can re-use and re-distribute without permission. However,
you cannot remove the link to the primary site. Also, you can link to this
gateway freely. You do not need to ask for a permission to do that. If you
are intending to put it upon some book etc., I would be slightly happier
if you could tell me, so I can read it in bookstores.

Note: I am just a random programmer, and not an expert on HTML or
anything. Nor am I a CGI expert. I am not an expert of the Internet. I
will not be able to answer very specific questions about HTML and other
things, but if you post your question to the mailing list, someone might
answer. If you insist on buying me a beer for my weekends and midnights
spent for this tool, I would not object.
