これって現状どうなってるんでしたっけ ? とりあえず G.W. の最終日
あたりに tkmemo を tcl/tk 8.3 で動かせるかどうかいろいろ試して
みたのですが LANG を ja_JP.ujis にしても表示画面が文字化けに
なってしまってうまく動かないみたいでした。

 ja_JP.ujis にしないと、まったく日本語文字が表示されず、
 ja_JP.ujis にすると、一部が日本語として表示されるが
かなり多くの割合で化けて表示されるようです。

 tk useinputmethods 1 で XIM 経由の入力ができて、設定ファイルには
ちゃんと保存されていることを確認しています。あとは表示がちゃんと
できれば、とりあえずなんとか使えないことはないかなという感じ。

ただ、tcl のコードに EUC-JP な日本語をそのまま書いているとエラー
出まくりなので、相当手を入れて編集しないと動かせないという感じも
します。

ということで backward compatibility を確保するためにはまだ
 tcl/tk-ja も提供したほうがいいかなと思ったので (自分の
ために tkmemo を動かせる環境を維持したいという理由もあり) 
以前の tcl8.0-ja と tk8.0-ja のソースを一緒にして tcltk8.0-ja 
として unstable-jp に upload しようと思います。

一応、とりあえず build はできるようになりました。
まだ lintian エラーがたくさん残っているので、ちゃんと upload できる
ようになるまでにはしばらく時間が必要という気がしますけど。
