[debian-devel:14853] ITP: vfdata-extknj -- VF files for supplementary fonts of JIS X 0212-1990
知らなかったのですが，所謂「はしご高」とか補助漢字と
いうのを TeX で表示する話があり，知る人の間では有名
だったらしいです。
幾つか方法がありますが TrueType フォント(msmincho/msgothic)
を使う松田氏の方法をパッケージ化しようと思います。

ここにもファイルは置いてあるのですが名前を変えておきたい
などの理由で，解説に従い独自に vftool で生成し Debian native
なパッケージにするつもりです。
フォントの指定方法とか良く判ってない部分があるので sample.tex
とかスタイルファイルとかのコントリビュートを期待しての
upload でもあります (^^；

新しい pTeX の TFM にしてるので main に近いのですが msmincho
とかを使うので contrib かな？，と思いますが。。。
(別に msmincho/msgothic でなくても良いのですが，それだと
補助漢字は(多分)使えないでしょうね)

You should provide TrueType fonts which contain supplementary fonts
of JIS X 0212-1990 by yourself in, for example,
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/MS and set up /etc/vfontcap appropriately.

You can preview DVI files by xdvik-ja and also can print by dvi2ps
with the option '-F extknj' but if you want dvips then you need dvips
with VFlib support and some settings. You might also need gs with VFlib
support.

All VF files were generated from min*.tfm, tmin*.tfm, goth*.tfm,
tgoth*.tfm of ASCII pTeX (under modified BSD License) and also
mono*.tfm, data/* of vftool using vftool.
