DPL 討論会の運営担当者たちは 2002年 3月 23日 土曜日 21:00 UTC を
仮の開始時間として決めた。この時間なら候補者達に都合が良さそうだ。
ただ、この日程は当初予定していた投票開始日よりも後になる。
そこで投票開始時間をすこし繰り下げ、2002年 3月 24日 00:00 UTC と
した。
