Hi!

Sorry for the short notice. In a real-life local-team meeting that we
held not long ago, we decided that it's time already that we started
having meetings for DebConf8.

Particularly in this first meeting we _need_ people from the previous
DebConf organization to be there, because we have several questions as
to how things were handled and how they can be handled better next
year.

The proposed date for the meeting is Monday, September 17th, at 19:00 UTC.

After some discussion among us, we all decided that even though 19:00
UTC is not so nice (most of us are at work), we really need the
previous organizers there, so it wouldn't make sense to hold it when
you can't be there.

The agenda for the meeting is at:
http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf8/Meetings, please add anything
that might be missing from it.

Besos,
Marga
