Hi,

I am not in the mood to file RC bug on this package but are you aware of
licensing issue with fdclone (Did you read Japanese license text.  I
discussed this on debian-devel@debian.or.jp)

Book publishers are required to contact upstream author as I understand.
That is DSFG non-free.

I hope new maintainer will take appropriate diplomacy with the upstream
to resolve this situation soon.
