Maybe you know about it, but just a note.
Well, some of files are GPL-3+ and others are GPL-2+. It's not a problem here
since it's python script, however, linking GPL-2 and GPL-3 is not able to be
permitted by its license, so its binary will become not able to be distributed.
If you want to distribute binary made from source that links from GPL-2+ to
GPL-3+, then you should distribute its source under GPL-3+.
