[debian-devel:18987] dh-makeにemacs lispパッケージ向けの設定入りました

　やまねです。
　今年１月のDebian勉強会でemacs lispパッケージの話をしましたが、
　その際に言っていたquick hackがdh-makeパッケージに入りました。
