ありがとうございます。特に2番目は無理に訳したものでしたんで、
今回すっきりしました。
removeとpurgeは、ほかの部分でも訳していなかったので、そのまま
removeとpurgeを使うようにしました。あと、全体の「パラメータ」は
「引き数」に変更しました。ただし、「アクション引き数」はあまり
かっこよくないので、「アクション」にしています。

インストール済みのパッケージを削除する。--purge は、設定ファイルを含む

引き数として、パッケージ名の代わりに -a または --pending が指定された
場合には、/var/lib/dpkg/status ファイルに remove または purge の印を
持つすべての展開済みパッケージを、それぞれ remove または purge する。
