一応、すべてチェックしました。今回は、言いまわしの変更だけです。

引数としてパッケージ名の代わりに、-a または --pending が指定され
た場合は、/var/lib/dpkg/status ファイルに削除(remove)または完全
削除(purge)のマークを持つすべての展開済パッケージを、それぞれ削除
または完全削除する。

オプション --no-act は、必ずアクションパラメータより前に与えること。
さもなくば、望ましくない結果が起きる可能性がある。(例えば、
システムに何も変更を加えるつもりがないのに、
dpkg --purge foo --no-act を実行すると、最初にパッケージ foo が
本当に purge され、次にパッケージ --no-act が purge されることになる。
