そこで、とりあえず、

    scripts/rootdisk/messages/ja/release_notes

を翻訳して commit してみました。

その他のファイルを翻訳している/したい方はいらっしゃいますか?

私に限らず、他の official developer の方も代理 commit してくださると思い
ますので、早速、翻訳やコードの改良などの作業を始めましょう。
