Update dselect.8 (Re: Updated start-stop-daemon.8)

と書きましたが、Wichert Akkerman が dpkg の new version を金曜に出す
と言っているので dselect.8 だけ慌ててアップデートしました。
明日 BTS に入れますので、チェックお願いします。
