   translated...

   This is a bug in the package description!

   Each package must have a clear English description. The package maintainer
   can add a translation of this description after the English description.
   The translated description should not include extra information.
   
   If you found this bug, please write a normal bug report.

ポリシーに明記するように debian-policy でいった方がいいのかも
