[d-i doc] preface.xml 翻訳

鍋太郎です。
ja/preface.xml
の修正をしました。
＃訳者の作業年を追加しました。

ところで確認なのですが、遠藤美純さんの作業年が1988-2000となっていますが、
これでよろしいのですね?
＃執筆年(1996年)よりも古いのでどうなのかと思った次第です。
