はいかがでしょう．

「ユーザ名は」と("名"をおぎなった)ほうが親切かと思います．

fingerprint は「指紋(fingerprint)」と訳したほうがいい気がします．
英単語のほうがよく使われているイメージがありますが，きちんとした根拠
はありません．

ダイアログなら，線じゃなくて枠線と言ったほうがよりふさわしいような．
