The Build-Depends-Indep and Build-Conflicts-Indep fields must be satisfied when any of the following targets is invoked: build, build-indep, binary and binary-indep. 

Build-Depends-Indep と Build-Conflicts-Indep フィールドは 、 build、build-indep、 binary と binary-indep のいずれかのターゲットを起動する際には満たされていなければいけません。 

　と clean ターゲットは含まれていませんでしたのでその部分を削除しました。
