これは、過去のバージョンでは固定だった選択肢を
独自に追加できるようになったものの話なので
次のと合わせてそれぞれこんな感じに
ステータス (Status)/解決方法 (Resolutions) をカスタマイズしましたか?
ステータス (Status)/解決方法 (Resolutions) をカスタマイズして、
ステータス (Status)/解決方法 (Resolutions) をカスタマイズしていない場合は
