ついでだから CD_MAKERS_README.txt も訳します。(めちゃめちゃラフだけど)

Debian 1.3 CD を作成する前に潰しておきたいインストール時の問題がいくつ
かあります。XDM と X サーバ の問題について README.txt ファイルを見てく
ださい。CD を作るのは 1.3.1 が出るまで延期してください。すぐにリリース
します。
