Clockの設定がまだおかしいのでもう一度メイルします。
何か見落とし等あったらお教え下さい。

＝＝今までのまとめ＝＝（川村さんのメイルによる）
1) /etc/default/rcS でhardware clock の設定をする
2) timezoneの設定は、timezonesというパッケージにて行なう
   (例えば tzconfigなどで)

＝＝私の計算機の設定＝＝
1) GMT="-u"になっている (Ref.1)
2) Time zoneはJapanになっている。
3) xntpd3は走らせて”いない”。

＝＝計算機の状況＝＝
1) ９時間時計が進んだ状態でリブートすると時計はそれ以上進まない。
2) 時計の時刻がほぼあっている状態でリブートすると
   ９時間時計が進む。
