こんにちは，川地＠ロス郊外です．

以前に，ここの #11196 に書き込ませていただきましたが，.configure の
際に，--with-xxxxx で，本来存在していない library などが含まれると，
autoconf がシステムの基本的な関数（ここで言う，gettimeofday など）の
認識に失敗するようです．（なぜこけるのかは良くわかりませんが. 
autoconf のバグ?）

特に臭う?のは，non-ver-specific-opts の部分の --with-xpm など
graphics 関係の option と思いますので，このあたりをチェックして見て
Library を install するか，option を外すかしてみてはいかがでしょうか．
