お世話になっております。また，一つご教示下さい。
Netscape4.72をインストールしました。設定については，「Debian GNU/Linux 日本語
ワークステー
ション構築入門」という書籍に書かれているとおり，
.bash_profile に
LANG=ja_JP.ujis
XMODIFIERS="@im=kinput2"
export LANG XMODIFIERS
./Xresorces に
Netscape*inputMethod: kinput2
Netscape*international: true
を記述しました。以前，hammにNetscape4.5を入れたときには，これですべて問題な
かったと思いま
す。
ところが，今回，日本語入力以前のキー入力を受け付けてくれません。ホームページ上
のフォームな
どはもちろん，設定用のダイアログにも入力できません。（メールサーバー等の設定が
出来ずに困っ
ています。）
環境は，slink_r4に，Gnomeを入れて使っています。日本語入力はwnn4です。
