you should make a judgement based upon the number of problems
reported against a particular report provider and attempt to
contact the report provider yourself and then consider
sending
the report free of charge.
For this program to work, every person that sends the $5 for
each
of the 4 reports must have all 4 reports. So it is in your
best
interests (for your down-line to progress correctly) they
obtain
the reports.
