再現しました。この問題の原因は、platexconfigがちゃんと動かないから
なのですね。このコマンドを修正する方向で考えます。

将来(それとももうすでに?)、ポーランド語LaTeXとのからみが出てくると
思いますが、そのときはこっちのpLaTeXで名前を変えなきゃいかんのかも
しれないです。ASCIIのpLaTeXということでaplatexとか。
