ウェブサイトwww.debian.or.jpにあるページのうち，サーバが返す
Content-Lengthヘッダの値と，実際にwgetで取得したローカルファイルのサイ
ズが異るもの(以下はそのうち一部)と一致しているものが混在しています．

サーバは
Apache/1.3.3 (Unix) Debian/GNU PHP/3.0.5
のようですが，これは仕様なのでしょうか?
wgetはリモートとローカルのサイズが異るとLast-Modifiedヘッダによらず取
得してしまうのでムダな通信が生じてしまうのです(--ignore-lengthを付ける
とこれは回避できます)．
なお，サイトwww.linux.or.jpでも同じ現象が生じています．サーバは
Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) Debian/GNU
のようです．
