[debian-users:34671] install sdic-gene95 (ERROR)

xemacs21-mule-canna-wnn です。

sdic-gene95 のインストールをできないでいます。

下記のページを参考にさせて頂いてますが、
理解力不足でお恥ずかしい。

やった事。
apt-get install sdic
apt-get install sdic-edict
ここで、
Shall I build /usr/share/dict/edict.sdic(English-Japanese dictiory)? [y/N]: 
とは、聞かれませんでした。

~/.xemacs/custom.el
(global-set-key "\C-cw" 'sdic-describe-word)
(global-set-key "\C-cW" 'sdic-describe-word-at-point)
を追記しました。
使い方は、ぎこちないですが、和英辞書が働きます。

apt-get install sdic-gene95
ここで
Configuring Sdic-gene95
Please enter a directory name which has the gene95 archive file.
Please note it must be owned root.
Where is the gene95 archive file in?
[ /tmp__________________________]
                   <Ok>
と聞かれたので
/usr/share/dict (/usr/share/edict , /tmp , /usr/share/doc/sdic)
等としましたが、下記のERROR となります。

アーカイブファイルを何処に指定すれば良いのでしょうか？

Prepare /usr/share/dict/gene95.lzh or /usr/share/dict/gene95.tar.gz or /usr/share/dict/gene95.tar.bz2 first.

post-installation script ?
何が悪いのか、何が足りないのか？分からないでいます。
