vmware-any-any-update21.tar.gz をトライしてみましたが、インストール
できません。

Unable to find the answer INITSCRIPTSDIR in the installer database 
(/etc/vmware/locations). You may want to re-install VMware.

ということでインストールできませんでした。readme.txt をみてみると
このpatchはvmware-expressに対応しているようですが、原因はよくわかり
ません。

ちなみに、vmware-ws-1142-update1.tar.gz（これまでこのpatchをアプライ
していました。）では、ふつうにインストールできます。
