普通は dhcp サーバに二つNICがささっていて，
172.18.0.1, 172.20.0.1がeth0 とeth1という設定になるのではないでしょうか．
MACアドレスと物理的にどのケーブルがどこにささっているのか，という
情報しかdhcp serverはわからないと思うのですが．

dhcpサーバから見ると，どっちのネットワークからのパケットも 
MACアドレスだけのbroadcastにみえているので，ネットワーク番号は
dhcpでIPがふられるまではわからないのですよね？
