山森さんご指摘の修正版Patchで試しました。
問題なく動作しました。
/dev/sdhと表示されていたのも /dev/sda と
表示が改善されました。

完璧に動作することが確認されました。

LK-RF235Uを動かしたい方は
これを正式な panasonic.diff として使用されれば
問題なく動作します。
