Simply click on the Easy Unsubscribe link that appears at the
bottom of any message you receive from Topica. You will be taken
to a web page where you can easily confirm your request with one
click.
Unsubscribe on the Web
If you're registered at Topica, you can easily unsubscribe at
your My Topica page. Just select the Unsubscribe option from the
Delivery Method pull-down menu on the right, then click the Save
Changes button at the bottom of the screen. Don't have a 'My
Topica' account? Create one now by going to http://www.topica.com
and clicking on 'Manage Your Topica Mail' in the middle of the
page.
Unsubscribe via email
To unsubscribe using your email account, please send a blank
email to:

the list you wish to unsubscribe from. For example, to

2. HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO A LIST
Send a message to: listname-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxx (replace
"listname" with the name of the list you wish to subscribe to).
For example, to subscribe to the list "Topica Tips" you would
send a message to: topicatips-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxx This command
will only work for lists hosted at Topica (e.g.:
topicatips@xxxxxxxxxx).
After you have sent this message, you MUST REPLY to the
verification email that is sent to you, either by clicking on the
link in the message, or by clicking on reply then send in your
email program. Once you have replied to the verification, you
will receive a welcome message that you have been successfully
subscribed to the list.
3. UNABLE TO POST TO A LIST YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY POSTING TO.
If you were previously posting to the list, you were probably
unable to post because your subscription was disabled.
To re-activate your subscription you will need to unsubscribe
from the list, then re-subscribe.
To unsubscribe from the list, if you have a message from the list
you can follow the unsubscribe instructions above.

4. RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN UNSUBSCRIBED
Topica does not monitor list owner activity - subscription and
removal from a list is completely up to the list owner's
discretion. If you would like to re-subscribe to the list,
please follow the instructions above: HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO A LIST
5. YOU ARE TRYING TO CONFIRM A SUBSCRIPTION
If you were replying to an email in order to confirm a
subscription, please go to the original message and click on the
REPLY button in your email program, then click SEND. This will
send the confirmation to the correct address to insure you are
subscribed. OR, click on the Confirmation Link in the message.
6. CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
If you have a Topica account:
1. Log in to your Topica account.
2. Click on the "My Topica" link toward the top of the page in
the purple bar.
3. Click on the Email Addresses link on the left panel.
4. Click on the New Address button. Enter any email address(es)
you would like to add. Once you have entered the email
address(es)click on the *Add Addresses* button at the bottom of
the page. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. To
confirm, you may either click on the link provided in the email,
or reply to the message. You will now be able to use the new
address to post messages, receive messages, and log in to your

If you do not have a Topica account:
