一応中身を見てみましたが、 official kernel かどうかをチェックしてるだけなので、
N を選択してみてください、ってことになりますね。
INITRD_OK 環境変数をセットすると警告は無くなるようですが。

# まあでも心配なら mkinitrd を書き換えて ext2 とかそっちの initrd を作れば
