[debian-users:44446] real-only file system

ややこしい問題で申し訳ありません
DMAの設定で理解もせずBIOSのIDEのところをいじってたのですが、
急に起動しなくなりました。

どうやら file systemが読み込み専用になってるらしく

起動すると

fsck　failed
please repair manually and reboot.
please note that the root file system is currently mounted read-only.
To remout it read-write:

# mount -n -o remout,rw /

CONTROL-D will exit from this shell and reboot the system.

Give root password for maintenance
(or type Control-D to continue):



となります

の後に　ルートのパスワードを入力すると

(none):~#

とログインできてるようなんですが
sambaもapacheもvsftpdも　全て動いてません。

手動で
(none):~# /etc/init.d/apache2 start　　とすると
rm: cannet remove ' /var/run/apache2/ssl_scache': Read -only file system

となってしまいます。

申し訳ありませんが修復できるんでしょうか。よろしくおねがいします。
