[debian-users:44879] Linux version 2.6.8-2-686-smpがブート不可
西谷と申します。(Linux 初心者です。)
Sarge で apt-get install kernel-image-2.6-686-smp を実行後
このカーネルをブートしたところ、
Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000008
というメッセージを最後に表示したまま固まります。
必ず再現します。
ハードウェアは Intel D865PERL というマザーボードに Pentium4 3E と
メモリー 1GB をのせています。HDD は 10GB の 1 パーティションです。
ブート時に acpi=off または acpi=smp というオプションをセットすると
正常にブートできます。
また、testing や unstable から取得した kernel-image-2.6-686-smp
では、問題なくブートできます。
この版のカーネルパッケージはアップデートされないのでしょうか?
もし、バグ報告したほうがよいようでしたらその方法を教えていただき
ますようお願いします。
他の PC とシリアルケーブルで接続し、
ブート オプションに console=ttyS0,38400n8 をセットしてブートして
取得したコンソールメッセージは以下のとおりです。
