やってみました。
sudo aptitude -f install

dpkg: emacs-snapshot-gtk の読み込みエラーです(--configure):
サブプロセス post-installation script はエラー終了ステータス 255 を返しました。。
以下のパッケージの処理中にエラーが発生しました:
まで来ました。
/usr/lib/emacsen-common/{emacs-install,packages/install/emacsen-common}
を purge してしまうと、依存関係で emacs21 まで remove されてしまいました。
何がわるさをしてるのでしょうか？
かなり長いのですが
$ sudo aptitude -f install > error_emacs-snapshot-gtk.txt 2>&1
のログを文末に添付しました。
