http://www.debian.org/mirror/submit を原文に追従させていて、
下記の注意事項が出ていることに気付きました。
日本国内でミラーされている方々の多くは本リストを購読していると思うので、
一応ここに転載しておきます。
<p><span style="color: red">Note!</span> Unfortunately, all submissions made
through this page between mid-November 2005 up to January 29th 2007, that
seemed to have gone through normally, have actually <em>failed</em> and we
did not receive them. We apologize for this problem, which was caused by a
programming error in the processing software. If you submitted during this
time, please re-submit your mirror again.</p>

残念ながら、2005 年 11 月中旬から 2007 年 1 月 29
日までにこのページを使用して提出された情報はすべて、
正常に投稿されたかのように見えても実際には<em>失敗しており</em>、
私たちのところへ届きませんでした。
処理用のソフトウェアのプログラム上の誤りで生じたこの問題について、
お詫びいたします。
この期間にミラーの情報を提出されたかたは、再提出をお願いいたします。</p>
