[debian-users:49679] Debian Etch install on VAIO PCG-R505Q/BD

Debian 4.0 Etch を DVD(三枚組み)からインストールを試みましたが、
DVD を読めないエラーとなり失敗しました。

Debian の問題ではなく、VAIO の問題かもしれませんが、
有用な情報をお持ちであれば助言頂きたくメールいたします。

=== 詳細 ==
1. DVD から boot => OK!
2. Keyboard selection => OK!
3. 次の step で
　　"loading modeprobe -V ochi1394"実行中にエラー"
   のメッセージが出て進めません。

なお、古い Fedra Core 4 の CD版、
及び Fedra Core 6 の DVD 版では
上記 3. のステップで
 " CD fond... To begin testing the CD mdia before installtion press OK"
のメッセージの後、OK を選択すると CD or DVD の chek を実行し
" The media check of the image : Fedora Core [4|6] is complete,
and the result is : PASS.
It is OK to install from this media."
と表示されます。
