ぼぶ と申します。

IBM x3550 に Debian Gnu/Linux (etch, amd64) をインストールして使用し
ております。

この筐体には RSAII という管理モジュールが装着されていて、Disk の
fault を検知した場合はメールが飛ぶ仕組みになっています。また筐体の
LED 等で確認する事も出来ます。

現在、ServeRAID の管理ツール arcconf にて disk0 が defunct している
状況でして、しかも管理モジュールからは検知していない状態です。

保守会社からは、Debian 側のドライバに問題がある..と言われてしまい、
どうにも対応出来ない状態で困っています。また、他に同じ構成のサーバが
2台ありまして、そちらは正常に稼働しております。

* arcconf コマンドにて rebuild を掛ける方法
* 上記の状態が危機的状況なのか否か、arcconf の出力を信じるべきか

について知りたいと思っています。
