 - Delete menu item 'Debian Release Information' because it is linked from
   Debian JP Release Information.
 - Menu item 'ftp' is renamed to 'Download (ftp & http)'.
 - Integrate 'Debian Packages' and 'Debian JP Packages'.
   (Modification of Packages.html will be needed.)
