のせいですよね。

原因は、cvs.debian.or.jp の /var/cvs が溢れていたせいのようです。こちら
はもうすぐ直ると思います。

cvs.debian.org のほうには、先月末、

revision 1.32
date: 2001/01/28 02:27:39;  author: japanese;  state: Exp;  lines: +2 -2
* 2001 and dsa updates.
----------------------------

という形で commit していて、このときに日付を直接埋め込むのを止めています。
…ということで、その他の部分を merge して commit しました。
