正しい方法は全体を cvs update して make ではないでしょうか？該当するの
は、

wml -q -D CUR_YEAR=2004 -o UNDEFuJA:constitution.ja.html.tmp@g+w \
--prolog="/usr/bin/kcc -e -" --epilog="../convert \
constitution.ja.html" constitution.wml

ということになると思います。href の閉じ抜けを直さないとエラーになりま
した。

一応行数が出てますね。エラーは 12 行目のような気がしますが ;)
