杉山です。

http://www.debian.or.jp/Sponsors.html.en に Debain という typo が
あり，それを修正していて気がついたのですが，   ^^
http://www.jp.debian.org/sponsor.html と
http://www.debian.or.jp/Sponsors.html.en は同じファイルのようなの
ですが，Sponsors.html.en から相対リンクになっているファイル
(debianjp.css, Sponsors.html.ja, image/JPLogo2.1.jpeg, contact.html,
License.html) は，http://www.jp.debian.org/sponsor.html においては，
http://www.jp.debian.org/ 以下に対象となるファイルが存在しないため
に表示・リンクできない状態のようです。
(試しに Windows XP の IE で見てみたら 406 エラーとなって
http://www.jp.debian.org/sponsor.html 自体が表示できませんでした?)

また http://www.jp.debian.org/sponsor.html の下部の "Back to the
Debian JP Project HomePage" も <a href="index.html>...</a> となって
いるので，http://www.debian.or.jp/ にではなく，
http://www.jp.debian.org/index.html へリンクしてしまっています。

ですから，http://www.debian.or.jp/ の Sponsors.html.{en,ja} ファイル
内のリンクには http://www.debian.or.jp/ を付加した方が良いと思うの
ですがいかがでしょうか?

# head 内の debianjp.css ファイルを指定している部分も
# http://www.debian.or.jp/debianjp.css にすればスタイルが同じになり
# ますが，WIDE の透過 gif を見ると，Sponsors.html.{en,ja} に限って
# 言えば h2 の background-color: pink; (とか class="center") は
# インラインで "background-color: transparent;" を指定するなどして
# 無効にしたいような……。
